Toy Hauler Airstream Basecamp - 2007 in Redmond, OR

This little guy draws a crowd wherever you go, people want to know what it is, and want to see inside- even most seasoned "Airstreamers" have never seen one in person. When I got this one, I called Airstream directly to ask how many they made, and to get any info that I could. I was told by the factory that they produced only 125 of the Basecamps. You can call the factory yourself for any info, they keep track of these by the VIN numbers (this trailer's VIN is 1SML4DC177J[removed phone]). These were "toy haulers", and were meant to haul a motorcycle or quad, so they don't have all of the "luxuries" of the travel trailers- but they have SO much COOL FACTOR, and this one has LOTS of neat extras and additions, and it ONLY weighs 1900 pounds empty. 5,500 BTU Whirlpool Air Conditioner w/remote, 20" LED TV/DVD w/remote, "VIP 3500" Power Hitch/Jack installed in 2014, Up-graded "Max-Air" Vent-Fan (2-way with thermostat), "Whirlpool" Microwave, AM/FM/CD Stereo, etc. New 20" tires in 2014 and bearings re-packed at that time, the battery was just replaced and up-graded to a Gel type in 2014, rear stabilizing jacks, sleeps 2 comfortably when the benches are folded into "bed form" (measures 75" by 50") and of course- the Kelty Tent option, several Kelty storage bags and shelf units. This trailer also has a single-burner cook-top, and a small sink with 2 storage containers, 1 for fresh water, 1 for gray, and a water pump, also comes with a new (still in box) "Thetford" Porta-Potti, and new electric heater.
